Home‑Kitchen Production Notice

 

All Beartooth Bakery products are made in my home kitchen, which is not inspected or regulated. Items may contain or come into contact with allergens. Despite being home‑produced, all items are prepared following strict cleanliness and food‑safety practices.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, ingredients may already be purchased or preparation may have begun, and cancellations may not be accepted.

 

Custom Orders

 

Custom cakes, specialty pastries, and large orders are non‑refundable once production begins. If you need to adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds may be issued if an order was not prepared as described, a product was damaged before pickup or delivery, or a mistake was made on our end. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, missed pickup times, or allergic reactions.

 

Wyoming Consumer Rights Under Wyoming law, customers are entitled to fair business practices. If you believe an error occurred with your order, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Quality Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue.
